  1. The investiture of parliament on Jan. 17 is more complicated now with Junqueras refused bail. With five members of parliament in exile and three in jail, Catalan independence parties can only muster 62 of their 70 deputies for the vote.       The deputies in exile might have to step aside, Junqueras might be given temporary release to vote, nonaligned parties might abstain, the unionist parties cannot agree an alternative coalition.
