      That's Spain's prime minister, the one Europe insists is the moderate voice in Spain. In full electioneering mode, where the only election platform is that of being tougher on Catalonia than the other parties. "No right to self-determination" is a campaign slogan in Spain.

        Can you imagine any other country in Europe where a politician can assert that some of the people in that country have no right to be involved in deciding their own future?
