@adrianweckler I've been on both sides of the table for this at my last tech co. Six interviews was quite standard; the idea is to ensure cultural fit with the team. Each interviewer has a set quality to assess. Two 'nos' means no. One 'no' means a full meeting of interviewers to trash it out.
